Say hello to summer with a scoop of Blueberry Buckwheat Streusel! Frankie & Jo’s, Seattle’s favorite plant-based ice cream parlor, asked us to be part of this round of seasonal flavors. They’re working with the PCC Farmland Trust and have chosen three farms & orchards to support through ice cream! Yes!
The Blueberry Buckwheat Streusel features our organic heirloom berries, with their famous coconut base, and an amazing buckwheat-cashew streusel. Try it in a cup or on one of their delicious gluten-free cones. In addition to featuring Bow Hill, we’re joined by the likes of Collins Family Orchard with and Local Roots Farm. Might we suggest you get a triple scoop? Maybe Chocolate Kale Coconut, topped with Blueberry Buckwheat Streusel, and a scoop of Almond Butter Cherry on top? Just a suggestion.
