Summer Pie Making Class
Tour the farm, pick your berries and learn how to make an entirely-from-scratch blueberry pie. This summer, our long-time employee, Rachel, will be teaching a pie making class. Rachel is known for her fern tops and she'll share that technique with you along with other tricks and trends bakers are using to naturally color pie crust with our blueberry powder and juice.
Rachel's been making pies her entire life and learned from her mother, who learned from her mother, and it just continues generation-to-generation.
You'll leave Bow Hill with a ready-to-bake pie, baking instructions, crust and pie recipe for future use, a new pie plate (in which your new pie will be in), pastry cutter, and rolling pin (included in the cost).
Gluten-free and vegan options available, just reach out to hear more.
