Pickled Blueberry & Chèvre
Herbed chèvre and the brined sweetness of Bow Hill Heirloom Pickled Blueberries come together in a grilled cheese that is light, fresh and delicious. 8 large slices of White Bread
5 ounces of Chèvre
½ cup Bow Hill Heirloom pickled blueberries
1 sprig each of thyme, basil & parsley
Pull the leaves from the stems of the herbs and chop. Fold into the goat cheese. Spread on four pieces of bread and top each with 2 tablespoons of pickled blueberries. Butter the outsides of the bread and toast in a skillet until crisp, browned and the cheese is warm.
