3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup vodka
1 (750ml) bottle of champagne, chilled
3 ounces Chambord (berry liqueur) (optional), divided
DIRECTIONS
Sugar the rims of 6 martini glasses by pouring sugar onto a small plate. Rub a small amount of honey on each rim then roll the edge through sugar to coat.
Pour frozen blueberries, remaining honey and 1 cup vodka into a blender. Purée until smooth.
Divide the blueberry mixture into each martini glass. Top with champagne and watch fizz. Once it settles, add more champagne until almost full. Add a splash of Chambord then garnish with whole blueberries.
