Ursa Minor, an amazing new-ish restaurant on Lopez Island, is getting written up a lot in the press and for good reason. Read the article here. In the ice cream dish mentioned in this write-up, they use a scoop of Lopez Island Creamery's Bow Hill Blueberry rolled in our heirloom powder, abed lilacs and topped with meringue. It's stunning.
