Half cucumber, peeled or unpeeled (your preference)
5-7 fresh mint leaves
2 ounces Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice
1-ounce sparkling water
Slice cucumber into 1-inch sections. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1-inch cucumber, lemon wedge, and mint leaves. Pour blueberry juice, vodka, and sparkling water over muddled ingredients. Shake and strain over ice. Garnish with cucumber slices.
