2 ounces gin
2 ½ ounces Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice
1-ounce heavy cream
White of one egg
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
½ teaspoon orange flower water
Juice of half a lime
Splash of soda water
Add all ingredients except soda water to cocktail shaker filled 3/4 way with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into sniffer. Add splash of soda water. Top foam with line of blueberry powder. Garnish with orange twist and blueberries on skewer.
