Blueberry Drink

Azul Mocktail

Perfect for late summer when all the fresh ingredients are in season! A spicy refreshing mixer with that perfect kick!


1 teaspoon Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder mixed with 1 tsp kosher salt, for rim

1 slice jalapeño

2 slices cucumber (1 for garnish)

4 mint leaves

2 ounces Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice

½ ounce white balsamic vinegar

Soda water


Rim Collins glass with blueberry powder and salt. Muddle jalapeno, mint leaves, and one slice of cucumber in cocktail shaker. Add juice and vinegar (and tequila if using), stir and pour into glass. Fill glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaf.


Add 1.5 ounces of tequila to make it a cocktail.
