High Fiber Blueberry and Kale Smoothie

1/2 cup Bow Hill Organic Frozen Blueberries (rinsed)
1 Tbsp. Bow Hill Heirloom Blueberry Powder
1 Tbsp. ground flax seed
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup fresh kale (rinsed)
2/3 cup almond milk

Directions:  Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and away you go!

Yields: 1 smoothie
