2 ounces Organic Heirloom Blueberry Juice
2 ounces simple syrup
½ ounce lemon juice
3 sprigs culinary lavender (1 for garnish)
1 teaspoon Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder mixed with 1 teaspoon raw sugar (for rim)
Rim collins glass with blueberry powder and sugar. Muddle 2 sprigs of lavender in cocktail shaker. Add juices and simple syrup, stir. Pour into glass and fill with ice. Top off with soda water. Garnish with lavender sprig, lemon wedge and floating blueberries.
