TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BOWL

What's the difference between a smoothie bowl and a smoothie? The smoothie bowl definitely takes a spoon to eat and can become a work of art to start your morning. Decorate the bowl with whatever toppings you have on hand! There are no rules to smoothie bowls. Just add blueberries to pack them full of an antioxidant power boost!

Ingredients: 

¼ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
½ avocado
1 cup mango
1 banana
½ cup coconut milk cream
1 cup orange juice

~ Toppings ~
Bow Hill Blueberry Organic Powder
Chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Kiwi slices
Orange slices

    Procedure: 

    Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Sprinkle the toppings on each bowl. Swirl, savor and enjoy!
