Blueberry Fruit Roll-ups

Blueberry Fruit Roll-ups

Have extra fruit? Create tasty dehydrated fruit roll-ups that both kids and adults will devour. They only take minutes and the oven does all the work. The recipes below utilize both our heirloom blueberry powder or whole blueberries and can be added to any fruit combination (apple-blueberry, kiwi-blueberry, the list goes on)! Our Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder can be added to any seasonal fruit creation for an added bonus of fiber and antioxidants.

BLUEBERRY PEACH

Yield: 2 sheet pans (18 x 13”) | Prep: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

6 fresh peaches

½ cup Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder

2 tablespoons lemon juice (approximately 1 lemon)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

DIRECTIONS

Blanch and peel the peaches. Chop roughly and add to a food processor with the blueberry powder, lemon juice, and honey. Process until smooth.

Line two 18” x 13” sheet pans with baking silicone mats. The mixture will stick to parchment or foil. Spread the puree 1/8” to ¼” thick over the mats.

Turn oven setting to warm, approximately 150°F-170°F. Place in oven and let dry for 5–7 hours. They should be pliable and flexible when done, not tacky or brittle. Cut into strips and enjoy!
