Bow Hill-Cherry Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to enjoy berries. You can enjoy smoothies as a snack or a meal, either way they are a delicious treat - especially this Bow Hill Smoothie using delicious Bow Hill Blueberries Jersey berries.

Ingredients 

1/2 cup frozen Bow Hill jersey blueberries
1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
2 tbsp Bow Hill Blueberries Heirloom Blueberry Powder
1 large handful mixed greens (chard, spinach, kale, arugula, beet greens, etc.)
1 cup of nut milk (almond milk, cashew milk or hemp milk)
2 Tablespoons nut or seed butter (almond, cashew, sunflower, coconut) 
OPTIONAL: 1 scoop unflavored collagen protein (or other high quality protein, like grass-fed whey) 

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blend and serve! 

*If smoothie consistency is too thin, add frozen blueberries or ice and blend until reaching desired consistency

*If smoothie consistency is too thick, add extra nut milk 2 tablespoons at a time until reaching desired consistency
