Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Blueberry Marinade
Kick your Brussels up a notch with this tangy twist on a classic dish.
1 pound Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 to 1/3 cup Organic Blueberry Marinade & Salad Dressing
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place on middle rack in the oven.
Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until caramelized, checking after 20 minutes to ensure they aren't burning.
Let cool and serve warm.
